Year 4 Homework
Date set: Friday 2nd July
To be completed by Thursday 8/7/21
Children in Year 4 are expected to complete 40 minutes of homework each week. Please help and support your child wherever possible. However, your child should be able to complete the work independently as it is linked to objectives taught during the week at school.
Although homework is now set through online platforms, your child’s teacher is able to see if your child has completed the tasks set and how well they have understood the task. Rewards will be given to children for completing homework on time.
Reading
Focus: Comprehension
Please log in to your Bug Club account and read a book set by your teacher. As you read it, answer the comprehension questions by clicking on the bugs. Your teacher can see how well you did with the questions.
Spellings
Focus : We have come to the end of the Year 4 spelling rules, so let’s try some words linked to our Science learning.
